The Business Case for Business Skills
While many organizations extensively promote on and train to technical skills, "soft" skills are often the dimension of character that leads to sustained success and growth.
As with any ETI service, our training programs are built around client needs to optimize outcomes. We offer a broad spectrum of capabilities designed to serve the learning and performance needs of any client. Our training programs are broken into three categories:
TIER I...These programs leverage the pre-defined content owned either by ETI or one of our publishing partners. No modification of the content is taken on, but we do ensure that the facilitation of the program is conducted in a consultative manner to ensure exceptional results for our most budget driven clients.
TIER II...At this tier, we are still using the content leveraged in Tier I but we also provide instructional design services to tailor the materials themselves to client specifications. While this requires additional time and cost, we can often take a modular approach that helps ensure the most effective means of providing content exactly matched to our clients' needs.
TIER III...Tier III is all about cutting edge, high impact models, content, and programs. We custom create or work with high end leadership, personality, and behavioral skill models to help clients deliver the very best learning and performance development opportunities to their people.
